Preparation:

1. Caramelize your onions by heating

it in a low heat medium container

with olive oil, and then add your

salt.

2. Heat gently for 30 minutes or until

a soft and caramel brown color is

observed. Don"t allow it to become

burnt or crisp.

3. Mix the pepper, salt and beef for

your burger using your hand after

which divide it into six equal

portions.
